About Karen M. Humphreys

I have lived on Long Island my entire life and it is my passion to help others achieve the dream of home ownership. I have utilized my 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience to successfully list and sell many homes on the North Shore and all over Long Island. I LOVE living on Long Island and feel so blessed to be part of such a beautiful coastal community! 

I joined the Signature Premier Real Estate family in June of 2013. In 2022, I achieved #5 salesperson in GCI (Gross incented commission) in the Northport Office. I am an active member of Libor (Long Island Board of Realtors,  NYSAR (New York State Association of Realtors and NAR (National Association of Realtors). 

In this time, I have achieved the SRES Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation and use this expertise to help seniors to sell their homes with ease. With the connections I have with various agencies in the community, I am able to help clients easily maneuver their housing transition with care and compassion. I also have the CBR designation, Certified Buyers representative, and successfully work with buyer's to find their dream home.

I am an active member of the community and enjoy helping others in need. I am a member of the LAOH (Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians and sing in the church choir at St. Philip Neri Parish in Northport.
